On top of running a thriving home-based business, Meshia P. has been a legal professional for over 15 years and currently manages a boutique firm in Toronto that specializes in family and the estate law, in addition to her daily duties as a senior law clerk in the firm.
No matter which hat she is wearing, Meshia P. takes pride in helping others to improve their lives by finding creative solutions for the personal issues that they are faced with. Her client's put their trust in her knowing that she has their best interests at heart. Giving her client's the peace of mind they need to focus on other aspects of their lives.
All this to say that Meshia P. is no stranger to the hustle and bustle of the professional's lifestyle. The back-to-back meetings. Burning the midnight oil just to and wake up at the crack of dawn and do it all over again. The pressures of the never ending to-do list and scrambling to meet deadlines. The adrenaline rush AND forgetting to eat!
When caught up in the busyness of everyday life we often forget to nourish our mind and body. Its not because we are lazy (clearly we are out here busting our butts to achieve our goals), we just do not have the time to learn something new!
